Financial security should be the second most important thing for me to focus on when trying to get into a relationship that will end up in marriage. Why is it second? Why not the first? What is the first thing to focus on? Well, it should and always will be the relationship. We should be at peace and find peace even in hard times. If there is an environment such as that, the rest will fall in place. Don’t worry; I won’t offer my body and soul to please her and get nothing in return because this relationship is two-way.
This report is not a vlog, so there won’t be a video log of my progress in trying new things to get financial security. You must take my word and believe me when I seek a unique opportunity to increase my income pool. Now I am working two jobs. One pays for the big bills the other satisfies the small and immediate things like gas. You might say, well done, now time to find a partner, but no, you’d be wrong.
I want to work in an office, quench my thirst for cooperative work, and see if it suits me. They say to try out as many things as possible. That is how you learn. Don’t worry about mistakes; they are just stepping stones to your objective. The next thing I want to do is to be a cab driver and get to know people, for I am a social being. Ready to have a small conversation and improve my communication skills.
There is a lot to do before I get married, and I plan to take you with me through the journey and teach you what I learn so that you can make it more accessible. And as for the quest to find someone and date, I will try my best and learn from my mistake. I have already asked someone out and waiting for a response. Let’s be hopeful she says yes. This will be interesting because, as my good and close buddy says, dating helps you learn something about yourself.
I have no regrets about the response, and I will not bear any ill will against them, for there is plenty of fish in the sea. If she says yes, I will call everyone and update my relationship status on Facebook. If she says no, I will try social conventions and go out every weekend and see if my extrovert skills need polishing. So for the next week’s report, we will know if I am dating and an update on what measures are taking to secure income.
Dates, dinners, picnics, movies, and late-night ice cream cravings are some things I want to try out and share the experience with her. Cuddle as we watch tv; at a party, we are the couple that sticks closer than glue or whatever sticks very close. I have always imagined that after a long day of work, I get home and am greeted with a kiss and a long hug, then have a meal and quality time together. And I will try that stuff out and tell you how sweet it is.
Living alone has been the highlight of April, and I saw a meme where a guy questions himself if he still has his voice because he last spoke a few days ago. As I conclude, I want to leave with these wise words, be careful and guard your heart.
